We confirm that any Information provided to us by the user(s) such as name, address, business is collected to ensure that Services extended to the user are up to par.
We receive and store any information that the user(s) knowingly and willingly provide to VidSaga.com. For example, we may collect Personal Information of the user such as name, phone number, email address, company details, financial information and/or third-party account credentials (like the user’s log-in credentials for LinkedIn or other third party sites) through the account settings. If the user(s) provides his/her third-party account credentials to us, or otherwise signs in to our Services by using or through a third party site or service, the user(s) understands that some content and/or information from those accounts (“Third Party Account Information”) may be transmitted into the user’s account with us if the same is authorized by the user. Such Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services shall be covered by this Privacy and Cookie Policy. It might be required for the user to provide us with certain information to take advantage and/or use specific features available with our Services.
If the user has provided us with a means to communicate to them regarding their use of our Services, we shall do the same. For example, sending mails to the email address provided to us. We may also receive a confirmation when the user opens an email sent by us. The purpose of the same is to help us make our communications better and improve our Services. Our Company use analytics and tracking tools to help analyze how our user(s) use the Services. Information is also collected by Google Analytics by using cookies to understand how often our users visit our Services, what other sites they used prior to coming to our Website and what pages they visit. Our Services do not support “Do Not Track” requests at this time, which means that we collect information regarding a user’s online activity both while he/she is using the Services and after they leave our Services.
We never rent or sell our users’ Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone. We may share the users’ Personal Information with third parties as described in this section:
Information that’s been de-identified. We may de-identify the Personal Information so that the user is not identified as an individual, and provide that information to our partners. The user account privacy settings may allow the user to limit the other users who can see the Personal Information in the user profile and/or what information in the user profile is visible to others. The username may also be displayed to other users if and when the users interact through the Services and users can contact each other through messages.
Business Transfers. We may opt to purchase or sell assets and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of an entry into such transactions. We clearly state that in case of acquisition of VidSaga or our assets, or if we go bankrupt or out of business, or go through any sort of change of control, the third party could acquire the Personal Information as part of our assets.
Protection of VidSaga and Others. We reserve the right to access, preserve, read, and disclose any information that is reasonably believed is necessary to comply with court order or the law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, our stakeholders or others.
